Milan Design Week lands in the metaverse thanks to an initiative by DDN Hub promoted by its Artistic Director, the famous architect Fabio Rotella. It is the first ever event in the world of the design sector in the metaverse, and for the occasion the platform The Nemesis was chosen, already known for the primacy of having broadcast a Lega Serie A match (Milan – Fiorentina) within a virtual world, the first Formula One Gran Prix in Monaco, and the first riding tournament at Piazza Di Siena in Rome.
The Nemesis has created an evocative virtual world inspired by the most evocative attraction of the center of Milan, and built a double experience through gamification: all users, even those who cannot be in Milan for the Fuori Salone, will be able to play a fun challenge in the metaverse with their avatar, and thus feel part of an event dedicated to innovation. For those who will physically attend the event and want to try their hand, the challenge will be twofold: in fact, an intriguing treasure hunt has been organized in the real world, to find the QR Codes hidden in the location. Everyone will be able to participate for free in the proposed games and win prizes, in the metaverse and beyond: it’s simple, just need a smartphone and an internet connection to use The Nemesis native app for iOS and Android.
The announcement of the project is for June 6 from the Sforzesco Castle, the prestigious stage of the Fuori Salone. On the same day, numerous in-depth analyzes are planned thanks to the interventions of prestigious speakers and guests from the world of art, design and NFT, such as the Artistic Director of DDN Hub himself Fabio Rotella, Andrea Concas of ArtRights, Amelia Tomasicchio of The Cryptonomist, Roberto Gorini of Noku and Alessandro De Grandi CEO of The Nemesis. Not only topics about design and NFT, but also about art, with Ivan Quaroni, well-known critic, and some of the best-known artists of the moment, including Paulo Renftle, Giovanni Motta, Emanuele Dascanio and Andrea Crespi.
Alessandro De Grandi, founder and CEO of The Nemesis, will also be present with a pitch talking about the opportunities for brands in the Metaverse, on 6 June at 07 pm, and obviously live in the metaverse.
