Everyone says that life is the most unpredictable thing that can ever happen to anyone, then why do we invest our time in planning it out, and worrying about tomorrow? Why don’t we leave our past behind, live in our present, and look at what’s in store for us in the future? With time eventually everything will fall into place. We are never going to be stuck at a place or at a moment where time would stop, are we? So let’s just let go of whatever happened, enjoy what is happening and be excited about what will be happening. That’s life. We always crib about doing things differently or hold grudges against someone or something, but why should we waste our time on something that can’t be changed?
Back then, when she was in school, she always wanted to become a writer, but circumstances were such that she never chased that desire, and always held on to the incompleteness of that one wish. But then years passed, and she got occupied in the daily chores. However during her graduation, the pandemic hit, and the whole world went to that lockdown phase. Yes, the worst period for many, but do you know something? It was the best period for her. Away from the daily chores, She finally got a chance to complete that incompleteness of her life, to become a writer. She just started a normal Instagram page, aayu_writeups, and gradually was flooded with opportunities to publish her content in anthologies and yes, her hunger to be something, made her grab them. She met many writers on her journey and even explored different styles and genres of writings. And today, she is a National and a World Record Holder, along with the title of Kalam Ratna Awardee, and many more awards, titles, and recognitions.
She always go by a saying, a thought, a statement, “I lived in my today, to make my tomorrow better.” Everyone say that follow your passion or make your passion your profession, but in reality no one knows where to start from and which way to follow. Even she was confused and lost. But what she did know was that she had to do, whatever consumes her interests, so she followed what she used to love, fashion, became a fashion designer, then stepped into graduation in B.Com, but opt for correspondence. Yes, it made no sense, but to her it did, cause at the same time she started working as an accountant at her family business. So, before her graduation got over, Covid stroked, and she grabbed this chance to complete her passion of becoming a writer, got the tag of being a published writer, published co-author, published compiler, and many more. Lastly, after graduation, she is in her 1st year of PGPM (MBA from ICFAI Business School).
She says that life gives you challenges, hurdles, and what not, but the real happiness, the real achievement is to do what you want to live for. Live in your today, to make your tomorrow a better place to be, follow your passion, so that when it comes to tough times, you don’t have any regrets to look into, and enjoy every moment you are in.
Back then, she didn’t know or even expected her desires to accomplish one day, but yes, they did. She just lived in the moment and grabbed the opportunities which came her way. And so is her advice to everyone reading this. Let go of your past, live in your present, look out for what’s in store for you in the future. When the time is right, great things will come your way, grab them, and see the magic life brings.
